We all really need practical, experienced as well as reliable pharmacists these days who are not just a clinical pharmacist, but also a specialist who is capable of providing their opinions and guidance in various other fields. However, since this generation is mostly bent towards the corporate section and the artistic field of career, not everyone really wants to contribute here. Yet this does not mean that we do not have some still individuals, today we must talk about Dr Suzanne Soliman, a board-certified medical affairs specialist who is also known as the clinical pharmacist.
Extremely passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical field, and being a very strong individual who supports the healthcare system besides taking care of her patients, Dr Suzanne Soliman is a true pharmacist who believes in resolving issues that are not just healthcare-related but also gender biases, which prevail extensively in this profession. in fact, Dr Suzanne Soliman herself has founded an established in 2018 the women pharmacist date, which plays a great role in recognising those women who have contributed a lot to our healthcare system and have never got any recognition because they are believed to be upper weaker gender, our society has a long way to go.
“A lot of times other women who you suppose are your ally might consider you as a threat, but always believe in the fact that there will always be more room for women in case they want to jiggle in. The most difficult factor to overcome is systematic gender bias, it stops women from being in leadership positions no matter how hard or how accurately we work. And it becomes even more difficult if you were a person from the minority, it isn’t easy, and it never was easy. It is us who have to make our career feels more accommodatable, and if you are not doing anything to make your areas of interest and field a better place, then you need to have better priorities” says Dr Suzanne Soliman as she is questioned about how she would like to guide others in case they want to look at life from her position.
